Danny F. Dukes and Associates, LLC has no desire to provide traditional public accounting firm, audit, attestation, write-up and/or tax preparation services to your clients. We are happy to execute a Non-Compete Agreement to provide CPA and Accounting firms assurance that we have no intentions of taking their clients.

Instead, we intend to provide a level of specialized services that should complement these services that you provide. Our target market is a variety of small to large companies that will benefit directly from the positive bottom-line impact that we provide our clients. It is our desire to maintain this limited purpose relationship and assist clients prospectively with tax credits going forward.
